What is the Financial Health Score?

It is an educational 0–100 estimate built from seven categories: cash flow, emergency savings, debt management, protection planning, retirement preparation, estate organization, and financial knowledge and habits. It is not a credit score, financial recommendation or guarantee of financial outcomes.

Do I need to connect my bank accounts?

No. You enter the figures you are comfortable sharing. Nothing is linked to your bank, and you can update your numbers at any time.

Is the platform available in Spanish?

What can the Blueprint AI Coach help with?

The coach explains financial concepts, asks educational follow-up questions, helps you organize goals and points you to the right tool or learning module. It does not recommend specific securities or insurance products, guarantee returns, or provide tax or legal advice.

How is my information protected?

Your records are stored with row-level security so that only your signed-in account can read or change them. You can request an export of your data or request account deletion from your profile page.

Requesting a conversation is free. Any financial services conversation is separate from the Financial Foundations educational platform, and submitting the form does not create an advisory, insurance, fiduciary or client relationship.

How often am I billed?

All plans bill monthly on a recurring basis, charged to your payment method on the same calendar day each month starting the day you subscribe. Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access until then.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because access to the learning library and tools is granted immediately, monthly payments are generally non-refundable and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current month. If you were billed in error or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will review the charge and issue a refund where appropriate.

What happens to my data when my subscription ends?

Your account stays open and your data is kept. At the end of the paid period you move to limited access: your Financial Health Score, basic budget and starter learning modules remain available, while the full library, advanced tools and expanded AI Coach access are locked until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted automatically, and resubscribing restores everything exactly where you left off. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time.
